Vietnamese Corn Pudding with Coconut Sauce _ Che Bap
How to make Corn and Sweet Rice pudding serve with delicious coconut sauce.

Ingredients
  1. 5 large ears of sweet corn, thinly sliced.
  2. 6 cup of water
  3. 10 pandan leaves
  4. Cooked, drained, you will get about 4 cups of corn juice.
  5. Need 1 more cup of water
  6. 1/8 tsp pandan extract
  7. 1 cup = 220 gr sweet rice (aka glutinous rice or sticky rice)
  8. 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp = 137 gr sugar
  9. 1/2 tsp = 3 gr kosher salt reduce the amount if using table salt.
  10. 1 Tbsp = 8 gr tapioca starch
  11. 1 Tbsp = 12 gr water
* Coconut sauce
  1. 2 Tbsp = 16 gr tapioca starch
  2. 1/3 cup = 87 gr sugar
  3. 1 tsp = 5 gr kosher salt, reduce the amount if using table salt.
  4. 1 tub vanilla sugar
  5. 1 can = 400 ml coconut cream
  6. 3/4 cup = 175 ml water
  7. It's so delicious.
