Ingredients: Make 10 buns
  1. 2 cup = 270 gr bread flour 12.7 %protein - King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour.
  2. 2 Tbsp = 28 gr sugar
  3. 1/4 tsp = 1 gr kosher salt, reduce the amount if using regular table salt.
  4. 1 1/2 tsp = 5 gr of instant rise (quick rise) yeast
  5. 3 Tbsp = 43 gr unsalted butter (cold)
  6. 1/2 cup = 120 ml whole milk (cold)
  7. 1 egg (cold)
  8. * Veg. oil for greasing the counter top and bowl
  9. 1 egg + 1 Tbsp water = egg wash
  10. 10 kosher beef hot dogs, try to get the low sodium kind.
  11. 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
