Ingredient for 50 small or 40 large egg rolls

  2. 1 lb ground pork
  3. 12 oz - 20 shrimp peeled, de-vein
  4. 1/2 cup black fungus, soaked rinse, drained well.
  5. 35 gr - 1 oz vermicelli noodle
  6. 8 oz taro
  7. 9 oz carrot
  8. 2 large shallots
  9. 4 cloves garlic
  10. 2 eggs yolk
  11. 2 eggs white + 1 Tbsp water
  12. 2 Tbsp sugar
  13. 1 tsp kosher salt
  14. 1-1/2 Tbsp fish sauce ( 3 crabs brand )
  15. 1 tsp pepper
  16. 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  17. 2/340 gr packages spring roll shells 50 pieces,
  18. size 8" (200 mm x 200 mm)

  22. * Allow the filling to marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  23. * Deep fried the egg rolls at 350°F 4-5 mins for the first time then allow the oil come back to 350°F then fried second time for 2-3 mins. Watch the egg rolls closely to prevent it from getting burnt.

Nguyên liệu cho 50 cái nhỏ hay 40 cái lớn
  1. *
  2. 1 lb thịt heo xay
  3. 12 oz 340 gr tôm khoảng 20 con lớn lột vỏ và bóc chỉ
  4. 1/2 cup nấm mèo sợi - ngâm nở xả sạch, vát ráo
  5. 1 lọn bún tàu nhỏ - 35 gr
  6. 230 gr khoai môn đã gọt vỏ
  7. 260 gr carot
  8. 2 củ hành tím lớn bằm nhuyễn
  9. 4 tép tỏi băm nhuyễn
  10. 2 lòng đỏ trứng
  11. 2 lòng trắng trứng + 1 Tbsp nước
  12. 2 Tbsp đường
  13. 1 tsp muối
  14. 1-1/2 Tbsp nước mắm ngon ( hiệu 3 con cua )
  15. 1 tsp tiêu
  16. 1 Tbsp dầu mè
  17. 2 gói vỏ bánh chả giò 340 gr mỗi gói khoảng 8" vuông ( 50 cái )
  18. Dầu ăn để chiên
  19. * Các bạn theo dõi cách làm cho kỹ và nhớ ướp nhân trong tủ lạnh từ 1-2 tiếng.
  20. * Dầu nóng trước 350°F chiên chả giò lần đầu 4-5 phút.
  21. * Sau đó làm dầu nóng lại 350°F chiên lần 2 thêm 2-3 phút.
  22. * Chả giò ăn nóng thì tuyệt vời!

  1. 115 gr (4 oz) about 5 - 6 cups basil leafs, washed and patted dried with paper towel.
  2. 3/4 cup pine nuts
  3. 4 large cloves of garlic
  4. 1 cup olive oil
  5. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  6. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  7. 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese ( Parmigiano _ Reggiano )

  2. 3-4 cup veg. oil for frying
Marinate the meat
  1. 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  2. 1 tsp sugar
  3. 1 tsp kosher salt

  5. 1 tsp dried basil and oregano
  6. 1/4 tsp black pepper
Tempura batter
  1. 1 egg
  2. 2 Tbsp cold water

  5. Fry chicken at 330-340°F hot oil, it may take about 3 mins.

  4. 2 lbs chicken wings washed and patted dry
  5. 2 tsp kosher salt
  6. 1 Tbsp sugar

  9. 2 Tbsp Sriracha Hot Chili sauce (add more or less to fit your taste bud)
  10. 1 chopped jalapeno pepper

  18. Allow chicken wings return to room temperature 30 mins before baking. Preheat the oven to 450°F, Position your oven rack at the second bottom shelf. First bake chicken for 25 mins then applying the glaze sauce to both side of the wings. Return the wings to the oven and bake them for 10 mins. After that 10 mins applying with glaze sauce again and bake again for 5 more mins. Serve hot!!!

  1. 2 pound cánh gà
  2. 1-1/2 hay 2 mcafe muối
  3. 1 Mcanh đường
  4. 1/2 mcafe tiêu
  5. 1-1/2 mcafe bột tỏi
  6. 1 trái ớt cắt hột lựu
  7. 1 mcafe mè rang
* Nước sauce mật ong
  1. 1/4 cup mật ong
  2. 2 mcafe nước tương
  3. 1 mcafe giấm
  4. 1/2 mcafe ớt bột
Lưu ý
  1. Trước khi nướng 30 phút lấy cánh gà từ tủ lạnh ra cho đở lạnh. Đặt vỉ nướng ở vị trí thấp số 2 thì cánh gà không bị cháy. Làm lò nóng 450°F. Nướng cánh gà được 25 phút thì phết sauce lên cả 2 mặt, và nướng tiếp thêm 10 phút. Sau đó phết sauce lên lần 2 và nướng thêm 5 phút.

Hummus is a healthy and delicious snack. Hummus is my kids favorite after school snack. They eat it with toasted Naan and veggie sticks. It can be serve as an appetizer and it can be kept well in the refrigerator.

  1. 1 can (15.5 oz) garbanzo beans - chickpeas
  2. 1 whole bulb fresh garlic
  3. 1/3 cup olive oil
  4. 1/3 cup sour cream
  5. 1/4 cup Tahini sauce
  6. 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  9. 1 tsp ground cumin
  10. Dash of paprika for garnish
Notes
  1. I roasted my garlic in the toaster oven and always roasted a few extra garlic for later use. Place them in the Ziploc bag and keep them in the freezer. It's very convenient anytime you want to make your Hummus.
