Ingredients for 6 shrimp patties
  1. 1lb = 452 gr shrimp peeled and deveined
  2. 3.5 oz = 100 gr ground pork
  3. 2 shallots = 37 gr
  4. 3 stalks = 20 gr white part of scallion
  5. 2 tsp = 8 gr sugar
  6. 1 tsp = 5 gr kosher salt (reduce the amount if use regular table salt)
  7. 1/2 tsp = 1,2 gr black pepper
  8. 1 tsp = 2 gr onion powder
  9. 1 Tbsp = 8 gr cornstarch
  10. 1/4 tsp = 1 gr baking soda

  12. 2 Tbsp = 24 gr vegetable oil
