  1. * Please measure your flours correctly. Make sure to fluff the flour before measure, by scoop the flour with a spoon then add to your measuring cup, flatten it with a knife. Use the scale to weigh your flour will be the best method. * Veg. oil for deep fry, about 2,3 cm deep of oil in any size of wok that you use. * Please follow my step by step process and do not make any changes. * Steam small cakes for 15 mins. Steam large cake for 25 mins.
* Enjoy your delicious treat!

* Hấp bánh nhỏ 15 phút, hấp bánh lớn 25 phút.
* Bánh ăn không hết thì cất vào tủ lạnh khi nào ăn thì các bạn cho bánh ra dĩa để vào microwave làm nóng, 30 - 40 giây gì đó cho bánh mềm lại. Làm nóng lại nước cốt dừa là sẽ có bánh ngon ăn liền.
