Crispy tender fried chicken fingers are very easy to make and it's so yummy. Kids and even grown up loves them. An alternative to ketchup, you can dip it with Srirachaketchup (mix 1/2 of each)

Ingredients

Ingredients
  1. 3 cup panko bread crumb
  2. 3-4 cup veg. oil for frying
Marinate the meat
  1. 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  2. 1 tsp sugar
  3. 1 tsp kosher salt
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp dried basil and oregano
  6. 1/4 tsp black pepper
Tempura batter
  1. 1 egg
  2. 2 Tbsp cold water
  3. 4 Tbsp all purpose flour

  5. Fry chicken at 330-340°F hot oil, it may take about 3 mins.
  6. Use clean utensil to pick up cooked chicken to prevent cross contamination.

Nguyên liệu
  1. 3 cup bột chiên xù
  2. 3-4 cup dầu ăn để chiên
Ướp thịt gà
  1. 3 pound thịt ức gà
  2. 1 mcafe đường
  3. 1 mcafe muối
  4. 1 mcafe bột tỏi
  5. 1 mcafe lá thơm khô ( húng tây và oregano)
  6. 1/4 mcafe tiêu
Pha bột
  1. 1 trứng
  2. 2 Mcanh nước lạnh
  3. 4 Mcanh bột mì
Lưu ý
  1. Chiên dầu nóng 330-340°F khoảng 3 phút.
  2. Dùng đũa sạch để gắp thịt gà đã chín, để tránh bị nhiễm bẩn.
