Ingredients

Ingredient for 18 large balls
* Filling
  1. 7 oz = 200 gr mung bean, washed - soaked for 4 hours.
  2. 2 cup water
  3. 3/4 cup cococnut milk
  4. 1 tsp kosher salt = 6 gr * If using table salt then use 3/4 tsp.
  5. 1 Tbsp olive oil
  6. 2 stalks scallion
* Dough
  1. 1 bag 16 oz Glutinous rice flour
  2. 1 cup coconut milk
  3. Almost 1 cup water
  4. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
* Ginger syrup
  1. 7 cup water
  2. 1 package Brown slab sugar = 400 gr
  3. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  4. 3 inch fresh ginger
  5. * 3 Tbsp toasted sesame seed

Nguyên liệu cho 18 viên chè lớn
* Nhân
  1. 7 oz = 200 gr đậu xanh cà - vo sạch - ngâm 4 tiếng.
  2. 2 cup nước
  3. 1 tsp muối hay 3/4 tsp
  4. 3/4 cup nước cốt dừa
  5. 1 Tbsp dầu ăn
  6. 2 tép hành lá
* Bột
  1. 16 oz bột nếp
  2. 1 cup nước dừa
  3. Gần 1 cup nước lọc
  4. 1/2 tsp muối
* Nước đường
  1. 7 cup nước lọc
  2. 400 gr đường thẻ
  3. 1/2 tsp muối
  4. 3 inch gừng thái lát
  5. * 3 Tbsp mè rang.
