CHÈ KHOAI MÔN - TARO RICE PUDDING

Ingredients

Ingredient for 10 serving
  1. 2-1/2 lbs of peeled Taro cut into 1/2" cube
  2. 1-1/2 cup short grain Glutinous Rice (sweet rice)
  3. 7 cup of water
  4. 1/2 can 13.5 oz coconut milk (3/4 cup)
  5. 3 Pandan leaves washed and tied together in a knot
  6. 1 cup white sugar
  7. 1 tsp kosher salt
For coconut sauce
  1. 1-1/2 can 13.5 oz coconut milk (about 2-1/2 cup)
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 2 pandan leaves washed and tied together in a knot
  4. 1/3 cup white sugar
  5. 1 tsp kosher salt
  6. 3 Tbsp cornstarch or tapioca starch

Nguyên liệu cho khoảng 10 người dùng
  1. 2-1/2 lbs khoai môn đã gọt sạch
  2. 1-1/2 chén nếp hột tròn
  3. 7 chén nước
  4. 1/2 lon nước dừa (một lon là 13.5 oz)
  5. 3 lá dứa rửa sạch và cột lại
  6. 1 chén đường cát trắng (225 gr)
  7. 1 tsp muối hay là 5 gr
Nguyên liệu cho nước dừa
  1. 1-1/2 lon nước dừa (một lon 13.5 oz)
  2. 1 chén nước
  3. 2 lá dứa rửa sạch và cột lại
  4. 1/3 chén đường cát trắng (75 gr)
  5. 1 mcafe muối hay là 5 gr
  6. 3 Mcanh bột bắp hay bột năng
