Bánh Lọt Lá Dứa - Cendol - Lod Chong
Bánh Lọt Lá Dứa is a delicious refreshing dessert for the hot summer days. It has a wonderful aroma of pandan and the richness of the coconut syrup. It is beloved by young and old and very popular in Southern Vietnam.

Ingredients
  1. * Ingredients are written in both English and Vietnamese.

Ingredient for 8-10 servings
  1. * Syrup
  2. 1 package brown slab sugar (400 g)
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  5. 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk
* Noodle
  1. 1 cup = 131 gr Green bean starch
  2. 1/2 cup = 69 gr Tapioca starch
  3. 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  4. 2 cup pandan juice ( from10 Large pandan leaves or can be substitute for 1 tsp pandan extract)
  5. 4-1/2 cup water (or 4-2/3 cup)
  6. 2 drops yellow food coloring ( add more if you like it more green )
  7. 5 drops green food coloring ( add more if you like it more green )

  9. * Ice for cooling the noodle
  10. * BIG bowl of ice cold water.

Nguyên liệu cho 8-10 người ăn
* Nước đường dừa
  1. 1 gói đường 400 g
  2. 1/2 tsp muối
  3. 1 cup nước
  4. 1 lon nước dừa 13.5 oz
* Bánh Lọt
  1. 1 cup = 131gr tinh bột đậu xanh (Green bean starch)
  2. 1/2 cup = 69gr bột năng
  3. 1/8 tsp muối
  4. 2 cup nước lá dứa (10 cọng lá dứa lớn xay hoặc là 1 tsp tinh dầu lá dứa)
  5. 4-1/2 cup nước ( có thể 4-2/3 cup)
  6. 2 giọt màu vàng ( nếu thích màu đậm hơn thì có thể cho thêm )
  7. 5 giọt màu xanh ( nếu thích màu đậm hơn thì có thể cho thêm )
  8. * Đá để làm lạnh bánh lọt.
  9. * 1 tô lớn nước đá lạnh.
